Safe Environment - Virtus

The VIRTUS program was developed by National Catholic Risk Retention Group. This program applies a best-practice approach for preventing child sexual abuse and is designed for adults. Participation is required of all priests, deacons, seminarians, and religious in the diocese as well as all diocesan employees (full-time and part-time) and volunteers whose duties include ongoing contact with minors. Awareness sessions are offered in English and Spanish throughout the diocese. Most Holy Trinity and the Diocese of Savannah are committed to providing a safe environment for our children, youth and vulnerable adults.
