Church for a Wedding:
Active, contributing parishioner/family who is registered in the parish for one year prior to reserving church: $750* this includes the $200 refundable deposit.
Non-active parishioner: $1150* this includes the $200 refundable deposit.
Non-parishioner: $1550* this includes the $200 refundable deposit.
All rental fees must be paid when reserving the church. *The rental fee for weddings includes the stipend for both the music director and the wedding coordinator. This does not include a stipend for the priest, or any altar servers should you choose to have them serve.
The Church is only used for Catholic weddings and Catholics in good standing with the Church.

St. Francis Hall:
Active, contributing parishioner/family who is registered in the parish for one year prior to reserving the hall: $250 this includes the $100 refundable deposit.
Non-active parishioner / Non-parishioner: $400 this includes the $100 refundable deposit.
All fees must be paid when reserving the hall.
According to the city regulations, events must have an off-duty policeman and fireman. This fee is not included in the rental fee and paid directly to the policeman and/or fireman.
